Polymer Clay: Hedgehogs

Create a small clay hedgehog in colorful, moldable, bake-able polymer clay! Make a tin foil armature structure, and add character details & realism to your sculpture.

Street Art: Graffiti Name
Thursday, 3:45-4:45pm, Ages 6-14
Practice letter art in the style of different graffiti fonts, and design your cool & crazy name like it’s a street art mural! We’ll use illustration markers and pencils to color.

Metal Art: Leaf Reliefs
Thursday, 3:45-4:45pm, Ages 6-14
Use metal “tooling foil” to emboss leaf shapes (popping them out!) using various tools, and Sharpies for bright color!

Needle Felting: Acorns
Thursday, 3:45-4:45pm, Ages 6-14
Create some colorful acorns inspired by autumn, using fibers of soft colorful wool and a specialized felting needle. Optional to string them together as a decorative banner!

Create an anime-style portrait full of personality! Use correct facial proportions and go step-by-step through the drawing process, create emphasis on the EYES, and color with alcohol-based “Ohuhu” markers!

Sculpt a polymer clay Snowman - or “SnowPal” - adding accessories and details made with clay tools and techniques like coils, marbling, and more! Add this fun figurine to your winter decor!

Mixed Media: Snowflakes

Design & cut out a unique paper snowflake and then use it to trace an interesting composition, painting the background “negative space” in wintery watercolors!

Pysanky Christmas Eggs
Tuesday, 3:15-4:45pm, Ages 7-14
Learn about the traditional Ukrainian art form of decorating eggs with ornate wax patterns and colorful imagery, then use acrylic paint pens to create your own beautiful wintery or Christmas-y design on a wooden egg.

Create your own soft felted ornament from colorful wool fibers. Choose an animal, food/treat, or christmas-y character to create as a round-shaped ornament and add details and accessories (also out of wool!).
