Rattan Weaving: Bird Feeders
Rattan Weaving Bird Feeders
Weave a handmade bird feeder for our feathered friends this spring using natural rattan fibers and a twisting, weaving pattern that creates a cone-shaped feeder that can be spread with peanut butter, tallow or suet, and seeds (not included).

Foil Relief Sculpture: Butterflies
Butterfly designs are extra fun and beautiful with this stained-glass style artwork using foil relief sculpture on cardboard, and colored with bright permanent inks!

Lego Printmaking
Create a unique design with Legos (the flat pieces called “dots”) to print multiple times with colorful inks in a 2-color “rainbow roll”. If you haven’t had a chance to try Lego printmaking, here’s another one before the school year ends!

Paper Art “Pete Cromer” Birds
Create a colorful bird in the style of Australian artist Pete Cromer, with his signature techniques of paper art and shapes, and adding embellishments to create a portrait using cut paper layers.
